"If you miss him so much why don't you just call him?"

"Because."

"Because why?"

"He was mean to me." A slight pause. "And he lied to me about Tomko."

"That was MONTHS ago! You mean you guys haven't talked about that yet?"

"We haven't talked period. You know Adam, not everyone has a trusting partner like you."

"Oh ferchristsakes, Irvine! Jay is trusting and loyal and loving and anything else you might wanna say he isn't! Just swallow your god-damn pride and call him!"

"No."

Adam sighed and ran his hands through his hair. He couldn't believe he was going through this conversation yet again. Every time he and Chris got together outside of the ring, all Chris wanted to do was talk about Jay. And yet, he never would consent to calling his boyfriend who was out with an injury and telling him that he missed him. Adam couldn't take it anymore-Chris was starting to drive him crazy. He looked at the smaller man sitting across from him-eyes hard but lower lip protruding and trembling slightly-and rolled his eyes. Better correct that and say that Chris had ALREADY driven him crazy! Goodness, he couldn't wait until Jay got back from that stupid back injury of his. There was only so much one could take of Chris Irvine and Adam had his fair share already.

"You are so fucking immature."

"I am NOT!" Chris' lower lip stuck out more. "You're just saying that because Jay is your best friend."

"You are so full of…" Adam paused and rolled his eyes again. Why should he even bother anymore-it never helped? "Yes, Chris, that's exactly why I'm saying all of this. You're right and I give up." He threw his hands in the air and stood. "I'm going to go back up to my room now since you've figured me out. Good night!"

"Hey! Where are-you can't-COPELAND!"

"Cheer up, buckaroo! Reso will be back soon!"

"COPELAND!"

Chris huffed and watched Adam leave the bar they were sitting at. As soon as his friend had walked out the door and toward the elevator, Chris slouched in his chair and picked up his bottle of beer.

"Well, shit, this sucks," he muttered to himself as he took a long drink.

"I don't care what you say, Irvine," Adam told his friend a few days later as he stepped out of the locker room shower, "I'm not going out with you again just so you can wallow in your self-pity because you won't call Jay."

"You're such a dickhead," Chris grumbled. He grabbed a towel and started drying his damp hair. "Who else am I gonna go out with?"

"Helms?"

"Nah. He said he won't go out with me anymore until I stop bitching about Jay."

"Hardy?"

"Same."

"Ask Amy to go with you. She loves to drink."

"She refuses to be seen in public with me as long as I keep pretending like she's my hoe when we go out and try pimping her out to some poor fella at the bar."

Adam raised an eyebrow and stepped into his jeans.

"You don't!" he exclaimed. He shook his head as his friend only nodded. "Well, you can forget about me going cos I ain't going. I'm sick of watching you drink yourself silly just because you have the ego the size of Ontario!" He rolled his eyes as Chris began to stick his lower lip out at him. "Cheer up, Jerky. You'll find someone to go with ya!"

"But you're the last one left!" Chris whined.

"Too damn bad," Adam told him and walked out of the locker room. As soon as the door had closed behind him and he was certain Chris couldn't see him, he let a small smile appear on his face. "He's gonna have a damn heart attack tonight," he told himself as he pulled out his cell phone. He dialed the number he knew by heart and waited for someone to pick up on the other line. "Hey, it's me. You ready man? Yeah, I told him that I can't go out with him tonight… nah, he doesn't suspect a thing. Yes, Jay, I'm sure that he really does miss you…the whole fucking roster is sure that he misses you!"

He listened for a moment. "Dude! You're not nervous are you? Yeah, not you, Jason Reso!" He laughed and started walking down the hall to his car. "You've got the room ready, right? Candles, smelly good stuff, et cetera…yeah, I did just call it smelly good stuff. Well, I don't know what you call that shit you spray all over your whole damn house!"

"Copeland!"

Adam stopped walking and looked over his shoulder. Chris was running down the hallway, trying to catch up with him.

"Jay, gotta go. Your loving Christopher is chasing after me," he whispered hurriedly into the mouthpiece of the phone, "Guess I'll just bring him by now. See ya later." He hung the phone up and waited patiently for Chris to reach him. "What now, Jerky?"

"I've been thinking about it and-"

"You've been THINKING?" Adam grinned. "What was the special occasion?"

Chris rolled his eyes and shook his head. He decided to overlook that stinging comment and continue his thought.

"I was thinking about Jay and I think that I should call him. You're right man, I should just tell him I miss him and can't wait for him to get back."

Adam's eyes widened. `Think fast, Copeland, fast!' he thought to himself as he put an arm around Chris' shoulder.

"Dude, Irvine…Chris," he started to say and began walking again-this time taking Chris with him. "It's almost midnight, man. I'm sure Jay is in bed by now. You know the doctor told him he needed plenty of rest and all that other bullshit."

"But-"

"Call him in the morning." Adam opened the door to his car and pushed Chris inside. "A couple more hours won't make much of a difference. Stop being such a sourpuss!"

Another grin appeared on Adam's face as he walked over to the driver's side door and climbed in as well. No, a couple more hours wouldn't make a difference-especially since Chris and Jay would have already made up by then. That is, if everything went according to plan.

Chris didn't even stop to consider the fact that Adam had said in the locker room he hadn't wanted to go out with him as they pulled out of the parking lot. Normally, he'd be the first to recognize such a fact and exploit it, but his mind was on Jay. He couldn't help but feel that it was partly his fault for Jay being out so long. If only he hadn't been so brutal in that cage match so many months ago. If only he hadn't cared more about his career than Jay's health. He really should call Jay now. He pulled his cell phone out of his pocket and dialed Jay's number.

"What are you doing?" Adam asked as he glanced over.

"Nothing," Chris said and tried to hide his phone.

"Give it to me!"

"I'm not doing anything."

"I said give it to me!"

"No!" Chris turned toward the window and pressed the send button. He put the phone up to his ear and waited to hear Jay's voice on the other end. "I need to call him n-"

"CHRISTOPHER!"

"Listen assclown, he's MY-give it back!" Chris turned and grabbed at his phone as Adam snatched it away. "What are ya doin?"

Adam closed the phone and tossed it into the backseat.

"I said that you're calling him in the morning," he answered. He gripped the steering wheel tighter and suppressed a smile. "You really do have the biggest ego, man!"

"Shuddup," Chris muttered. He glanced out the window and seemed to finally notice what was going on. "Where we goin?"

"Back to the hotel."

"Drink?"

Adam laughed.

"No, no drinking tonight man." He snorted and added under his breath, "At least not of the alcohol type."

"Huh?"

"Nothing…nothing, man."

Jay wiped his hands on his jeans and looked at the door again. What was taking them so long to get there? He glanced at the clock and sighed. Adam had said they'd be there by 12:15 at the latest and it was already 12:27. Of course, his best friend wasn't the best when it came to telling time.

The sound of the door being opened stopped his train of thought and Jay crossed the few feet to the door and stood, waiting. He could hear voices on the other side as Adam fumbled with lock.

"I don't wanna go to bed without a drink," Chris was grumbling, "Just let me go get one, Copeland!"

"I said no, man. Look, just go to bed and call Jay first thing."

"You're such an assclown." Chris sighed and pushed the door open as Adam finally got the lock working. "Night man. I'll see ya in the-" He stopped as he walked inside and saw Jay standing there. "What in the…"

"Hey, Chris." Jay smiled slightly and looked around the room where candles were burning and giving off the only light. "Miss me?"

Chris licked his lips and stared at him. His mouth felt suddenly dry and he swallowed a couple of times. He didn't say anything as Jay stepped toward him and wrapped his arms around his shoulders.

"I don't care if you missed me or not, man," Jay whispered, "I missed you."

"I missed you, too," Chris finally choked out. He pulled away from the other man's embrace and turned to stare at Adam, who was still standing in the doorway, bags in hand. "You knew didn't you?"

"Of course, Irvine," Adam grinned, "You think Jay could pull this off without me?"

"Shuddup, Adam!" Jay smirked and looked at Chris. "So, you missed me, huh?"

Chris looked over his lover's body, taking in the tight jeans that were growing tighter as the minutes passed, and nodded slightly. His eyes lit up as Jay's fingers reached up and unbuttoned the top two buttons of his shirt.

"More than anything," Chris told him.

"So, wanna show me how much you missed me?"

Adam tossed the bags on the floor and coughed.

"I think that would be my exit call," he said and turned to exit.

"Wait a minute." Chris held his hand up and Adam stopped. "Why don't you stay? I mean you put it all together, Jerky."

Adam blinked and looked over at his best friend. Jay shrugged and continued unbuttoning his shirt.

"Stay? But aren't you guys going to…"

"Yeah, I assume we are," Chris grinned and pulled his shirt over his head. "You're welcome to join in..." He turned to Adam and grinned wider. "Assclown!" he added.

"It's cool, Adam," Jay told him as he noticed his friend's uneasy look. He sat down on the bed and pulled Chris toward him. He nipped at his lover's ear and looked at his best friend again. "All up to you."

Chris smirked as he ran his hands over Jay's chest before kissing him long and hard.

"Come have a dose of…" he paused to unbutton Jay's jeans. "Vitamin C, baby!"

Adam laughed and stepped back into the room. Looked like Irvine was back to his old self now that Jay was around again. He looked at the two as they started to kiss again and he felt himself start to get aroused. Well, if you had to have a threesome then he supposed having it with your two best friends was the best route.

"Okay, I'm in," he told them.

Jay looked up and grinned. He beckoned him closer with a nod of his head and Adam obeyed. His face lit up as Adam quickly tossed his clothes to the side and sat down next to them.

"Baby, I missed ya so bad," Chris whispered as he kissed a path down Jay's stomach. He slipped his hands inside his jeans and yanked them off. He smirked again as he noticed the lack of underwear. "Hmm, someone's ready for Vitamin C."

Jay grabbed Chris' head and pulled him up for another kiss. As his tongue entered his lover's mouth, exploring the surfaces he'd missed so much, his hands reached out and pulled Adam closer. Adam's mouth latched onto Jay's neck and soon the three fell back on the bed.

"No more playing," Chris panted a moment later as he came up for breath. He slipped out of his leather pants and looked down at Jay, who had been laying under him. "I want it now…" He glanced at the bedside table uncertainly.

Adam must have read his thoughts.

"I got it," he told him, licking his lips. He got off the bed and rummaged through his bag. "Here."

Chris caught the small bottle thrown at him and lowered himself between Jay's open legs. His cock twitched at the thought of being inside Jay again as he felt the cool liquid drip down his fingers.

He inserted one finger in his lover's hole as Adam climbed back onto the bed next to him.

Jay groaned as he felt Chris slip his finger in and out. He reached out and took Adam's hand as Chris inserted another finger. His best friend leaned over his body and trailed small kisses over his neck and shoulder as Chris stretched him out.

"God, Chris, no more," Jay finally managed to say as Chris hit his prostate with an especially hard thrust, "Want you…"

That was all the smallest of the three needed to hear. He grabbed Jay's legs and threw them over his shoulders as he positioned himself at his lover's hole.

Adam shifted so that he could kiss down Jay's stomach. His mouth hovered over Jay's navel as Chris pushed inside. His hand reached out to travel gently over Jay's hipbones as Chris paused to allow

Jay to get used to the feeling of having him inside again.

"Just breathe, babe," Chris murmured as he slowly pulled out.

At the moment he thrust in again, Adam's mouth descended onto Jay's cock. The two made quick work of the third man, who was moaning and squirming in pleasure beneath them. Adam's tongue licked up and down the sensitive shaft as Chris pounded into his lover like he had never done before.

Once Adam deep throated him, Jay couldn't last much longer. His fingers tightened in Adam's hair as his release spurted into Adam's waiting mouth. Chris gritted his teeth as he felt his lover's muscles tighten around his cock and he pulled Adam away as soon as he had swallowed the last drop of Jay's cum. His grip tightened around Jay's legs and he pounded into Jay as he came as well.

"Beautiful," Chris panted as he slipped out a moment later.

Jay only nodded in response as his eyes shut and he felt his lover climb up to lay at his other side. He was just starting to fall asleep when he suddenly remembered the third person in their bed.

His eyes popped open and he turned to his left.

"Adam…"

His best friend chuckled and leaned down to kiss Jay's forehead.

"Don't worry about me, Reso," he told him. He stood up and grinned at the two golden heads laying in bed next to each other. "I'll go finish up in the bathroom. You two just enjoy each other's company."

He looked at Chris. "So, you happy now, Jerky?"

"Thanks assclown," Chris responded and snuggled into Jay's arms.

"Do you two ever stop?" Jay asked as he closed his eyes again.

"Nope." Adam smirked and walked into the bathroom, leaving the other two to enjoy the time alone.
